The "Opinions on Further Improving the Price Formation Mechanism of Pumped Storage" clarifies the value of pumped storage for various auxiliary services of the power system, and clarifies that the electricity price is formed by market competition, and the capacity electricity price is included in the transmission and distribution price for recovery, but not as The principle that the components of the transmission and distribution price are not included in the cost of the transmission and distribution price.
